Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. You do not need to give a reason.

Webclift Air Inc is the seller of record and handles refunds directly. Contact us using the email address on your receipt and quote the order reference; we will confirm the outcome and, where approved, instruct the refund through our payment processor, Stripe.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Any credits covered by the refund are removed from the account balance at the same time.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing here limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

Credits pay for the assessment of an application, not for a particular outcome. A refund request is handled under the guarantee above regardless of whether an application was approved.
