These terms apply whenever you access the Alta Professional Accreditation service. By continuing to use the service you agree to them.

Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Webclift Air Inc, trading as Alta Professional Accreditation ("we", "us"). Your agreement for the service is with Webclift Air Inc. If you accept these terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to contract.
The service
We operate an online platform through which training providers apply for provider approval, submit courses and activities for independent accreditation assessment, maintain compliance records, and purchase and use accreditation credits. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own accreditation purposes.
Authorized use and account security
Access is limited to the account holder and authorized representatives of the relevant organisation. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your password, verification codes and recovery links confidential, do not let another person use your credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.
What you are paying for
A credit pays an accreditation assessment fee: our assessors review a course or activity you submit through the platform and issue an accreditation decision. The service is delivered entirely online through this website, worldwide, and is available immediately once credits are added to your account. No physical goods are shipped and no in-person service is provided.
We sell only this business-to-business assessment service and access to the accompanying provider dashboard. We do not sell, resell or process payments for physical goods, financial or investment products, cryptocurrency, gambling, adult content, pharmaceuticals, weapons, ticketing, donations, or any regulated or restricted category. Fees are not a government charge, a licence fee, or a qualification issued by a public authority, and we are not a regulated educational institution.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully; submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; send spam; infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person; upload malware; probe, scan or interfere with the security or integrity of the service; scrape or bulk-extract data; or circumvent technical limits, reverse engineer the service, or resell or redistribute access to it.
You must not submit courses or material that are unlawful, that promote hatred or violence, that infringe third-party rights, or that relate to a restricted category listed above. We may refuse, remove or reverse any submission that breaches this section.
Intellectual property
We and our licensors retain all ownership of the service, including its software, documentation, assessment criteria, accreditation marks and branding. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service and assess your applications.
Payments, credits and subscriptions
Accreditation credits are sold at the price shown on our pricing page. Webclift Air Inc is the seller of record and issues your invoice. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, under its own terms; we never receive or store card details. Cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by our refund policy, which provides a 30-day money-back guarantee.
One credit is applied when a course is submitted for accreditation and when a course is renewed. Accreditation lasts 365 days from approval.
Seller of record and payment processing
Webclift Air Inc, trading as Alta Professional Accreditation, is the seller of record for all orders and handles all customer service enquiries, invoices, cancellations and refunds. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. and its affiliates. Where required, applicable sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout and charged in addition to the listed price.
Service level and warranties
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
No approval guarantee
Creating an account, submitting an application or purchasing credits does not constitute provider approval, accreditation, or any promise of approval. Decisions are determined solely by meeting the applicable eligibility and assessment criteria.
Records and monitoring
Account activity may be recorded, reviewed and retained for security, audit, fraud prevention, regulatory and accreditation purposes, subject to applicable law and our privacy notice.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, false information or attempted impersonation, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where access ends, you may request an export of your accreditation records for 30 days, after which data is deleted or anonymised in line with our retention periods.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You indemnify us against claims arising from the content you submit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
General
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. The governing language of these terms is English.
